As we approach the 9th anniversary of Tommy’s death I am reminded of a Jack Bauer quote that I posted last year.
“You can’t bring back the ones you love. Trust me. But you can honor their lives by helping others. It’s the only way forward.”
This year has been an extraordinary year of helping others. The Tommy Fuss Team had a record number of participants in the Boston Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk and together we raised over $75,000 for the important work of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Each of us remembers Tommy in our own way. I hope that over the next few days you will take a moment to reflect, to smile over good memories, and perhaps indulge in a good burger or some Fruit Punch Gatorade.
Thank you for the love and support you have given to me and Dan and for all that you do to help those in need and to promote mental health wellness throughout our communities.
