Out of the Darkness
Morris County (Chatham, NJ) Out of the Darkness Community Walk
Chatham, New Jersey — Walking together to bring hope and raise awareness for suicide prevention.
Each year the AFSP NJ Chapter Board recognizes chapter volunteers who go above and beyond the mission of the AFSP.
We are honored that the Tommy Fuss Team was selected for this award among all the dedicated volunteers of suicide prevention in the state of New Jersey. On December 9, 2025, Valerie and Kristin proudly received the North Star Award for the Out of the Darkness Community Walks on behalf of the Tommy Fuss Team.
Thank you to all of our donors and supporters who have helped us to achieve and surpass our fundraising goals each year, and continue to fuel our commitment to raise awareness, remove the stigmas, and strive for a world where no one dies by suicide.
